Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM until complete. Rotate Sundays.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Dock Associate / Forklift Operator, you will be primarily responsible for moving product using a forklift or pallet jack from trailers to designated areas of the warehouse dock during the receiving process. This role requires strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards to ensure the efficient flow of product. You will function as an integral team member within the department and organization, performing duties as assigned to best serve the company’s needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Move product from trailers to the appropriate dock staging area in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Sort and segregate pallets / product as necessary.
  • Inspect product for damages and alert receivers promptly if issues are identified.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year of warehouse and/or production work experience.
  • Availability: Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position, including rotating Sundays.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
    • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights.
    • Ability to handle weights between 10-35 pounds frequently, and generally up to approximately 60-100 pounds depending on the location, throughout the shift.
  • Work Environment: Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry sections of the warehouse).
  • Pre-employment: Must successfully pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
