The Tone:

As a Warehouse Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing end-to-end warehousing operations with precision, contributing to team success and daily warehouse and distribution center operations. This position is integral to analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending impactful changes.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Mission: To improve processes, drive efficiency, and ensure precision in warehousing and distribution center operations through data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Tech Stack: AS400 WMS, MS Excel, MS Access

What You’ll Actually Do
• Production Forecasting: Analyze monthly production forecasts and distribute details to the management team to support labor planning.
• KPI Reporting: Obtain operational data from warehouse and production management systems to support the reporting of internal and customer KPI’s.
• Operational Analysis: Analyze operational data to determine trends and areas of focus for the management team to address to improve the operation.
• Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement activities through the mining of data to provide baseline information and the ongoing reporting of improvement trends.
• Financial Data Provision: Provide the management team with the data necessary to support the monthly customer invoicing process, annual P&L budgeting, and monthly revenue forecasts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School Diploma or Associates Degree is required for this role.
• Experience: Candidates must possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in analysis and 1 year of experience with a warehouse management system (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder).
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Access, exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and team facilitation skills.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Analytics is preferred, along with a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.
