Job Description: VINTUS Marketing Intern
The VINTUS Marketing Intern will be a key member of the marketing team, supporting the Vice President of Marketing and Director of Content in various brand-building initiatives. The role is crucial in shaping brand perception among both trade and consumer audiences. This is a direct report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Management: Serve as the primary contact for premier tasting events nationwide, managing multiple deadlines leading up to and during event execution.
• Travel Itinerary Management: Develop and maintain travel itineraries for suppliers across the United States.
• Marketing Collateral: Produce and update marketing materials, incorporating recent scores and accolades.
• Website Maintenance: Create and maintain website pages, regularly updating industry news, PR features, and scores from trade publications.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Assist the VP of Marketing with daily media and influencer relations, brand activations, and core programming.
• Sample & Material Management: Assist with packaging and shipping samples and materials for events, press, sales managers, and other key contacts.
• Social Media: Create a social media posting schedule leveraging supplier travel, release calendars, and upcoming announcements/news features.

• Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a creative mindset.
• 1+ years of event planning and management experience.
• Deep understanding of social media and hospitality industry trends.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Passion for and knowledge of fine wine.
• Excellent references.
• Located in the New York metropolitan area.
• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
• Ability to write concise and engaging marketing copy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and other relevant applications.
• Skill in creating compelling presentations using Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Understanding of leveraging A.I. and automation to improve processes.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
