Job Description: Viewer Experience Intern for Disney Streaming (APAC)

This is a full-time internship opportunity, available from January to June 2025.

Responsibilities:

Operational Performance Management:
• Compile and deliver weekly performance reports summarizing Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) performance and trending issues for various stakeholders.
• Pull ad-hoc reports on specific issues or trends related to BPO performance.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with BPOs and share business updates.
• Take and distribute meeting notes as required.
Team Collaboration:
• Provide daily operational support to BPOs on contact drivers, customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with Viewer Experience (VX) teams across the business regarding BPO challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Disney Streaming teams on product initiatives.
Problem Solving:
• Assist with investigations, analyzing performance data to pinpoint trends and root causes.
• Review data samples to identify specific examples related to identified issues.
• Audit and troubleshoot product issues, escalating concerns to product and engineering teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Must be available for a full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January and June 2025.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation.
Passionate about improving Viewer Experience (VX) processes.
A curious mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Please note: This internship is focused on improving APAC CS processes to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer KPIs. The intern will report directly to the Viewer Experience (VX) Manager, APAC.
