The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Exton, PA
• Team: Marketing, reporting to a manager and senior video production team members
• Mission: To produce, edit, and deliver final versions of videos for distribution, supporting client and business development activities.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pre-production Assistance: Assist with pre-production activities to develop video concepts and shot lists.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate on scriptwriting and storyboarding for video projects.
• On-site Production Support: Support video production tasks within company offices and on local project sites.
• Post-production Editing: Edit footage, add transitions, effects, and subtitles to enhance video quality.
• Distribution and Archiving: Optimize video content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns, and help maintain an organized archive of video assets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student eager to learn about marketing in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Experience: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred). Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects preferred). Knowledge of color correction and audio enhancement techniques.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and take initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong storytelling and creative editing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
