What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Execution: Lead execution across M&A transactions within the Insurance sector.
• Manage Processes: Manage deal processes end to end, coordinating across internal teams, clients, and counterparties.
• Build Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships at the senior level, with growing origination responsibility.
• Mentor Team: Mentor and develop junior team members across the execution process.
• Contribute to Growth: Contribute to pitch and business development activity across the sector coverage universe.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Vice President. Core domain knowledge: Investment banking with meaningful Insurance sector exposure.
• Experience: 4-7 years of investment banking experience with a strong execution track record across M&A in insurance carriers, brokers, or adjacent financial services sub-sectors.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage deal processes independently; proven ability to interact directly with clients.
