What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Foundations: Learn UBS culture, controls, and business model, and complete intensive finance and analytics coursework to prepare for front office contributions.
• Apply Skills: Contribute to a divisionally aligned team in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Equity Research, Global Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
• Build Network: Engage with matched mentors and participate in cross-divisional networking and guest-speaker sessions with leaders across UBS.
• Develop Continually: Participate in structured learning throughout the 20 weeks, including external provider-led courses, self-paced modules, and internal business-skills workshops.
• Secure Permanent Role: Interview for and potentially secure a permanent opportunity within UBS’s Global Wealth Management, Investment Bank, or Asset Management divisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, for recent transitioning Service Members.
• Experience: Demonstrated record of top performance in the military, including accelerated responsibility, competitive selection, awards, or measurable mission outcomes; demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); clear, concise written and verbal communication; strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability; foundational accounting, financial modeling, and valuation skills; passing FINRA SIE exam.
• Bonus: Curiosity to explore how AI can improve workflow optimization, with sound judgment, validation of outputs, and alignment with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
