About Company:
O2B Kids is part of O2B Early Education, which was established in Gainesville, FL in 1998. It has expanded to multiple locations in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota, with plans for further growth. A new location is scheduled to open in Wentzville, MO towards the end of Summer 2024.
Job Description:
O2B Kids is hiring for multiple positions across several locations in the Missouri region. They are seeking to match candidates with the best position and center based on their location, desired role, schedule, age preferences, experience, credentials, and interests.

Responsibilities and Duties (for common positions):
• Work Monday – Friday for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Communicate with parents to meet their needs
• Maintain classroom cleanliness
• Have fun!
Requirements:
• Training and experience are preferred, but willing to train.
• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children 0-13 years old (preferred but not required)
• Willing to train!
