What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate: Engage in sustainable greenhouse growing practices to produce high-quality vegetables from strategically located farms.
• Distribute: Support the logistics and supply chain efforts to ensure efficient movement, selling, and delivery of fresh produce.
• Market & Sell: Promote and sell Pure Flavor’s produce, maintaining strong relationships with retail and foodservice customers and engaging consumers.
• Operate Efficiently: Contribute to operational excellence through roles in areas such as forklift operation, supervisory tasks, data administration, or quality control.
• Support Business Functions: Provide essential support in areas like Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Project Management, and Engineering & Maintenance to ensure smooth company operations.
