Job Description: UX Research Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Research Internship scheduled for Summer 2026. The internship will take place at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. The primary goal of the internship is to provide an opportunity for students to learn how to conduct user research and contribute to enhancing the website experience for one of the country’s top B2B websites.
Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research for various business projects, which includes writing detailed test plans, creating necessary deliverables, and effectively presenting insights derived from the research.
• Utilize data and findings obtained from research to advocate for and promote customer-focused design decisions within the company.
• Assist in the facilitation of design workshops, participate in stakeholder interviews, and contribute to competitor analysis efforts.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to successfully execute UX projects from start to finish.
Minimum Requirements:
• Applicants must be Junior-status college students only at the time of the internship.
• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio exhibiting UX Design / Research experience is required to demonstrate practical skills and past projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying research findings and collaborating with teams.
