Job Description: UX Research Internship

This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Research Internship scheduled for Summer 2026, located at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in conducting user research to enhance the website experience for one of the country’s top B2B websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research for various business projects, which includes tasks such as writing test plans, creating deliverables, and presenting insights derived from the research.
• Utilize data and research findings to actively promote customer-focused design decisions.
Assist in the facilitation of design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to successfully execute UX projects.

Minimum Requirements for Applicants:

• Must be a Junior-status college student only at the time of the internship (Summer 2026).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a portfolio showcasing UX Design / Research experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
