Job Description: UX Research Internship

This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Research Internship scheduled for Summer 2026, located at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship aims to provide an opportunity for students to launch their career by learning to conduct user research and enhance the website experience for one of the country’s top B2B websites. Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research for various business projects. This includes writing test plans, creating deliverables, and presenting insights derived from the research.
• Utilize data and findings to advocate for and promote customer-focused design decisions within the company.
• Assist in the facilitation of design workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and perform competitor analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts and other stakeholders to successfully execute UX projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be Junior-status college students only.
• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio exhibiting UX Design/Research experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
