Job Description: UX Research Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting various user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product development.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to implement research-driven product improvements.
• Organize and maintain a research repository for past and current studies.
• Support the UX research team in documenting and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current on the latest UX research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest in UX research and user-centered design.
• Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform, Qualtrics) and usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Maze) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively organize and interpret research data.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, or Excel is a bonus.
