Job Description: US Summer Associate Internship
This is a Summer Associate Internship at Boston Consulting Group.

• What You’ll Do: As a Summer Associate, you’ll work alongside top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, performed at client sites. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
• Additional Info:
• You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office and be in the office as directed.
• The role requires extended working hours at times.
• Travel to client sites is often required.
• Must obtain a valid driver’s license and passport within six months of employment.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Compensation: $110,000 USD (Associate)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
