US Commercial Graduate | JLR
The Tone:
This is an early career rotational program at JLR, located in Mahwah, NJ. This role is crucial to the Commercial team, which is constantly evolving its commercialization strategy to attract and retain customers in a digitally transforming world. The graduate program emphasizes planning, optimizing, and growing the business with customer love at its core.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Strategy: Support competitive research and analysis, local market intelligence gathering, and execution of brand differentiation strategies to elevate the customer experience.
• Digital Marketing: Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, including website management, media planning, performance marketing, and CRM, to optimize the customer journey through data-driven insights.
• Customer Experience: Work on programs that drive commercial revenue, understand customer case resolution, comprehend service parts distribution, and learn vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
• Sales & Network Management: Contribute to industry analysis, vehicle volume planning, allocation, logistics, retailer agreements, and performance reporting for the retailer network.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to strategy development, analyze digital product success, define customer-centric experiences, and deliver change management programs using systems like JIRA and Confluence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from college graduated within the last 3 years; Early Career level.
• Experience: Project management skills, strong analytical skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, presentation and written/verbal communications skills, and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization and retail network.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for automotive or modern luxury brands, high levels of curiosity to learn, ability to work in an evolving environment, self-driven, strong work ethic, and a go-getter attitude.
