This internship is with Vision, a full-service marketing agency. The company provides services in marketing, content creation, and public relations (PR) for a variety of clients. Interns will gain a behind-the-scenes look at internal operations and work directly with the team and real clients.
Job Description (Detailed)
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, unpaid internship for students seeking agency experience in marketing, content creation, and PR.
• Job Title: Unpaid Internship (Marketing, Content Creation, PR)
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Internship Dates: September 1 – November 21, 2025
• Commitment: 18–22 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based), with availability for virtual meetings in EST.
• Number of Positions: 2–3 remote interns.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
Interns will be creating real content for real clients from day one, working closely with the team. Projects include:
• Social Media Content Creation: Brainstorming, writing, and scheduling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X for diverse clients.
• Blog + Email Writing: Drafting optimized blog posts and monthly email newsletters aimed at informing, inspiring, and converting audiences.
• Podcast Promotion: Supporting the production and promotion of the agency’s podcast, including writing show notes and uploading content to platforms.
• PR + Visibility Research: Identifying and researching opportunities for Vision’s leadership team, such as awards, speaking engagements, and podcast guest appearances.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Participating in internal meetings and campaign planning sessions to gain insight into agency life and strategic development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Work Ethic: Being organized, independent, and proactive in taking initiative.
• Availability: Ability to commit 18–22 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Location: Based in the U.S. with availability for virtual meetings aligning with EST.
Additional Details:
• This is an unpaid internship, potentially eligible for academic credit if applicable to the intern’s educational institution.
• The role is fully remote.
• Interns will receive weekly mentorship and check-ins to support their development.
