Hosted by an HR consultancy firm on behalf of their client, the Trading Bootcamp is a highly engaging one-week program designed to introduce participants to options trading and allow them to work on deploying a real-world trading strategy. This program provides a first-hand view of a future career in trading and offers valuable insights into the financial markets.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Standing: Current undergraduate junior with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Program Availability: Must be available for one of the specified one-week sessions (May 18–22, 2026 or August 17–21, 2026).
  • Academic Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Accountancy.
  • Market Passion: Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the financial markets.
  • Growth Mindset: Dedication to learning, personal growth, and career development.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to succeed in team-based environments.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
