You will explore your interests, expand your practical knowledge, and gain exposure to an industry-leading trading desk.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Academic Standing: Junior standing with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Availability: Must be available for the full duration of the program, either from May 18-22, 2026 or August 17-21, 2026.
• Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Accountancy.
• Market Enthusiasm: Demonstrated curiosity and genuine passion for financial markets and trading.
• Growth Mindset: Strong dedication to continuous learning, personal growth, and career development.
• Team Player: Proven success in collaborative team environments.
• Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
