Job Description: Undergraduate Information Technology Internship
This internship offers a chance to work on projects with significant strategic and operational importance to the business. Summer projects may involve:
• Collaboration: Working with researchers and developers to explore innovative applications of 3D visualization and analysis software.
• Algorithm Development: Supporting the creation and implementation of algorithms for continuous improvement.
• Testing and Evaluation: Conducting extensive testing to ensure flawless algorithm performance.
• Innovation: Contributing to innovative solutions for scientific challenges.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with multi-functional teams to meet customer needs and integrate solutions into software.
Start Date: May 12th or June 16th, 2025 (10-12 weeks duration, depending on student availability).
Compensation & Relocation: hourly rate: $21.50 – $28.75 (depending on location and cost of living). A $5,000 relocation stipend is available for students living 50+ miles from the internship location.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student (rising senior) pursuing an Information Technology-related degree (graduation between December 2025 and June 2026).
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, achieve results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this internship).
Work Schedule: Standard Monday-Friday.
Environmental Conditions: Office setting; some personal protective equipment (PPE) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, earplugs, etc.).
