The fund was founded with two additional tech entrepreneur friends of Kevin who have had ~8 figure and ~9 figure exits to Twitter and Square, respectively. Job Description: Undergrad Private Equity Internship (10 hours/week)

This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in private equity with a focus on ESG investing. You will work closely with the executive team and have the potential to take on a leadership role within the internship program, potentially leading to a paid role and a full-time offer. This role is also suitable for individuals considering strategy and consulting careers.

Responsibilities Include:

Contributing ideas: Suggesting industries for target companies based on the fund’s criteria.
Industry Research: Researching and assessing the attractiveness of various industries (growth, profitability, trends, fragmentation, investment thesis).
Company Outreach: Contacting companies to schedule phone meetings.
Vendor integration: Working closely with the executive and product/project management teams to bring on vendor partners and integrate their services into the firm’s software.
M&A Opportunity Evaluation: Listing and evaluating potential M&A opportunities in select markets.

Internship Details:

• The internship is initially for 3 months.
• Extension and transition to a paid internship are possible based on performance.
Full-time job offers are possible for successful paid interns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Must be an undergraduate student with a career interest in Finance, Private Equity, Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Market Research.
Strong research and analysis skills.
Intellectually mature and able to understand screening criteria to recommend target companies and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
Ability to communicate credibly with company owners.
Strong social skills and willingness to travel if needed/qualifications met.
Additional language skills are a plus.
