About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned areas, managing access points, responding to incidents, and providing support to visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol assigned areas to deter potential criminal activity and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage entry and exit points, including verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances, and report findings to the relevant authorities.
• Assist and provide support to visitors and employees, promoting a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for management and law enforcement if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous security experience is a PLUS!
• Desired applicant must be able to bend, stoop, lift, walk long distances, and run if necessary.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is a PLUS!

• High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements

• Tennessee Security Guard License – NEEDED! (Cost: $132.15 – We can provide directions on how to obtain)
• Guard Card (Unarmed or Armed)
