Job Description: UKG Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling) – Manager
This role involves working as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution. As a Manager, you will contribute to a positive working environment, mentor less-experienced staff, and drive the successful implementation of UKG solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Technical expertise: Proven experience with UKG application modules, especially Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Dimensions (WFD), including functional configuration and technical development.
• Solution design: Designing, building, testing, and deploying technical components for successful UKG solutions, including reports, interfaces, and conversions.
• Client management: Identifying and addressing client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships, communicating value propositions, and managing resources effectively.
• Project management: Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
• Communication: Preparing and coordinating complex written and verbal materials, communicating effectively with clients, and delivering clear requests for information.
• Team leadership: Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment, proactively seeking and providing guidance and feedback to team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated extensive abilities and success with UKG application modules, including:
• Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) module knowledge
• Designing, building, testing, and deploying technical components
• Proven experience in client management, resource management, project management, and communication.
• Ability to contribute effectively to a team and provide mentorship to less-experienced staff.
Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
