Job Description: UKG Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling) – Manager
This role offers the opportunity to join a team of problem solvers who help clients address complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Manager, you will work within PwC’s Oracle Human Capital team, specifically focusing on UKG Workforce Management solutions, particularly Advanced Scheduling.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate extensive experience and success with UKG application modules, specifically Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
• Advanced Scheduling Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the Advanced Scheduling module, including building blocks for complete end-to-end solution design.
• Technical Development: Design, build, test, and deploy technical components (reports, interfaces, conversions) for successful UKG solutions.
• Client Engagement:
• Needs Assessment: Identify and address client needs.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of client relationships and community involvement.
• Value Communication: Communicate the value propositions of UKG solutions.
• Project Management: Manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Written and Verbal Materials: Prepare and/or coordinate complex written and verbal materials.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
• Teamwork: Demonstrate proven abilities as a team member, fostering positive relationships and providing guidance to less-experienced staff.
• Leadership and Development:

Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
Location: This position is available in various locations across the US, including remote work options.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $232,000, plus potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
