Job Description (Internship):
Benesch offers paid internships ($18-$28/hour) for current undergraduates pursuing an Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field. Interns gain real-world experience working on actual projects alongside industry experts, receiving comprehensive training and resources. The program is designed to develop well-rounded professionals who thrive in challenging environments, with the potential for future full-time employment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Current undergraduate pursuing an Associate or Bachelor of Science in an applicable field.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend or out-of-town work.
• Proficiency in CAD-integrated software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage assignments efficiently and maintain organizational skills.
