This is a UGC Creator Internship designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in creating short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Interns will work closely with the myMentalPal team, gaining insights into how viral content truly functions, and will earn compensation based on the users they bring in.

Key responsibilities and learning outcomes include:

• Content Creation: Producing short-form, TikTok-style User-Generated Content (UGC) videos.
• Topics: Personal growth, mindset, habits, self-improvement, and wisdom derived from books.
• Skill Development: Learning the art of creating viral hooks, effective storytelling techniques, and conversion-focused content.
• Testing & Iteration: Actively testing various content ideas and iterating quickly based on performance and feedback.
• Collaboration: Engaging with the growth and product teams to align content strategy with overall business objectives.
• Portfolio Building: Developing a robust portfolio of performance-driven content.
