The Tree Care Intern position is a full-time, seasonal (summer) role based out of the Minnetonka, Little Canada, or Burnsville locations for the 2025 season. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the green industry, positively impacting the urban forest. The company is willing to accommodate start and end dates that align with a college student’s schedule. This position is suited for students pursuing degrees in urban forestry, environmental science, or related fields.
Job Description Details:
As a Tree Care Intern, you will primarily be responsible for providing treatments that control insects and diseases and improve the health of trees. You will:
• Mix and apply products according to company, state, and federal standards.
• Apply treatment and monitoring to ensure proper intake.
• Electronically record treated trees.
• Communicate with homeowners in a positive and professional manner.
