About the Role: Treasury Operations Intern
We are currently searching for a Treasury Operations Intern to join our treasury team based in East Brunswick, NJ. This person will primarily be responsible for assisting in day-to-day treasury operations which includes assisting with the preparation of cash position reports, file room management, credit facility management, bank account management, as well as working with our treasury management system. We are looking for someone who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week, with in-office presence on Tuesday through Thursday.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Credit Facility Management: Assist with preparation of submitting borrowing, conversion and continuation notices, review debt covenants and calculations to ensure accuracy of interest amounts and payoffs.
- Bank Account Management: Support the facilitation of opening and closings of bank accounts as well as managing the entitlements data in our treasury management system.
- Treasury Management System Maintenance: Ensure credit facility data, banking entitlements and cash activities are entered in accurately.
- Cash Position Reports: Contribute to the preparation, reconciliation, and management of cash position reports.
- Treasury Documentation Management: Manage treasury documentation and ensure documents are uploaded correctly and maintained accurately on our SharePoint site.
- Confirmation Requests: Assist private equity and accounting teams on processing confirmation requests.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Complete ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

- Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting or a similar concentration.
- Have a 3.0+ GPA.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Are able to operate effectively with limited supervision and are a self-starter.
