Job Description: Training Lead
The Training Lead will be responsible for delivering, overseeing the full training cycle and tracking progress of training initiatives, evaluating accuracy of updates, reports and onboarding new Trainers. The Training Lead will also be involved in trainer improvement activities to ensure skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate team projects and product-specific projects with the client.
• Support training team members on daily tasks such as coaching, mentoring, answering training-related questions.
• Oversee the organization of new joiner training and work with all the trainers to make sure all training initiatives run smoothly.
• Work closely with the team to make sure all trainers are provided with the support needed to complete their tasks successfully.
• Conduct updates to material when there are discrepancies to ensure consistency.
Role Requirements:
• This is an onsite role in Fremont, CA.
• Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 am – 12:00 am PT including weekends and holidays.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer
• Minimum of 1 year experience in coaching or team management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Sound decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
