Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a dedicated and organized Training Knowledge & Portal Lead to manage their FedRAMP knowledge-sharing portal and develop training materials and guidance for stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring the team and clients have access to the information and training needed for successful FedRAMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and curate the FedRAMP knowledge-sharing portal.
• Create training materials, presentations, guides, and documentation.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the use of the knowledge-sharing portal and training resources.
• Track and report on usage metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest FedRAMP requirements.
• Organize and manage training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in training, knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements and processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with content management systems and learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
