• Mission: Develop individuals from the ground level through sales execution, team leadership, client acquisition, project oversight, and business operations to expand market share and acquire customers for a major telecommunications client.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Execution: Learn face-to-face sales systems and execute customer acquisition strategies directly with customers and clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor newer team members, assisting with event and campaign execution while developing coaching abilities.
• Project Management: Learn backend reporting, data tracking, and project metrics, assisting in managing project operations and expansion goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Understand financial breakdowns tied to client campaigns and manage client portfolio expectations.
• Business Operations: Oversee campaign performance and team operations, supporting large-scale expansion efforts for multi-million-dollar telecommunications campaigns.
