What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Network Building: Build networks of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct screening interviews to understand individual career motivations and suitability for roles.
• Interview Coordination: Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop relationships with employers and identify their new hiring requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records while working toward placement and revenue targets.
