What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Learn and execute face-to-face sales systems to acquire new customers and drive market share growth for telecommunications clients.
• Communication & Presentation: Develop advanced communication and presentation skills through direct interaction with customers and clients, explaining product and service benefits.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor newer team members, providing guidance and support in sales execution and customer engagement, while learning performance management and accountability.
• Campaign Management: Assist with event and campaign execution, learn backend reporting, data tracking, and analyze project metrics for performance analytics.
• Strategic Oversight: Understand financial breakdowns tied to client campaigns, assist in managing project operations, and contribute to large-scale expansion efforts, including overseeing multi-million-dollar campaigns.
