A DAY IN THE LIFE (Key Responsibilities)

• Maintain and develop the list of clients held by the team, fostering strong relationships.
• Follow-up on qualifying leads and conduct thorough research to identify potential new clients.
• Update airport and airline contact information diligently on our central database.
• Act as a crucial liaison between the broker, client, and airline, ensuring seamless communication and keeping the team informed at all stages.
• Continuously develop comprehensive product knowledge, including familiarization with various aircraft types used, their range, capacity, crewing, and other vital operational details.
• Proactively source appropriate aircraft to meet diverse client requirements.
• Administer the flight prepping and flight riding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Represent ACS professionally at airports to ensure the passengers’ pre-flight experience runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Occasionally travel on charters as the dedicated ACS in-flight representative, offering a first-class experience.
• Update customers proactively on the progress of their flight when necessary, ensuring complete transparency.
• Cover the telephones and pick up calls when the team is in meetings or if no one is available to answer, ensuring no inquiry is missed.
