Job Description: The Trailblazer Internship Program
The Trailblazer Internship Program is a structured, twelve-week summer internship opportunity offered by Flexware Innovation. This program is designed for undergraduate students who are keen to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing IT industry.
Program Highlights:
• Real-World Projects: Interns will engage in actual projects for Flexware clients, providing practical experience in solving technical challenges within a manufacturing context.
• Problem-Solving Opportunities: The program emphasizes the development of problem-solving skills through direct involvement in technical issues.
• Professional Development: Students will receive dedicated training aimed at enhancing their professional skills.
• Networking: An integral part of the program is the opportunity to build a valuable peer network with other talented undergraduate students.
• Mentorship: Interns will benefit from direct mentorship by experienced Flexware engineers, known as “Flexdogs,” who will provide guidance and support throughout the program.
Eligibility Requirements:
Flexware Innovation encourages all undergraduate students who meet the following criteria to apply:
• Academic Major: Applicants must be majoring in one of the following technical concentrations:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Computer Science
• Computer Information Technology
• Electrical Engineering Technology
• Automated Systems and Integration Engineering Technology
• Computer Engineering Technology
• Mechatronics Engineering Technology
• Or another closely related technical field.
• Academic Performance: A strong academic record is required, demonstrated by a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Career Interest: Candidates should possess a strong interest in pursuing careers within the manufacturing and technology sectors. Previous internship experience in a relevant field is highly preferred but not strictly mandatory.
• Skills: Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
