What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Validation: Validate loan-level data, perform pre and post transfer audits, and ensure complete documentation and image delivery.
• Issue Investigation: Investigate root causes for detected operational issues to inform solutions and process improvements.
• Business Analysis: Conduct business analyses and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Process Improvement: Champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization and implement the steps and tools necessary to successfully complete projects.
• Leadership Development: Perform assigned duties under direction of experienced personnel, making decisions in real-world account management scenarios to gain knowledge and experience for promotion to a management position.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience required; designed for recent graduates to gain practical, on-the-job leadership and management skills.
• Skills: Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating ideas and findings to varied audiences; strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure, and adapt to learn new processes.
• Bonus: A degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics is preferred, and experience with PowerPoint and Visio is a plus.
