This highly engaging program is designed to provide you with a first-hand look at a career in the trading industry, allowing you to explore your interests and gain practical experience by deploying a real-world trading strategy.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Currently an undergraduate junior with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Availability to participate in one of the following program dates: May 18-22, 2026 or August 17-21, 2026.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Financial Accounting, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Accountancy.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for financial markets.
  • Strong dedication to continuous learning, personal growth, and career development.
  • Proven ability to succeed in collaborative team environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
