Qualifications:

Self-identification: Students must identify as a member of a racial minority group.
Academics:
• Sophomore year status.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Skills and Personality:
• Detail-oriented leadership with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Driven to succeed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative, flexible, and adaptable.

Working Environment:
