Job Description: Total Rewards Intern

This role is for a Total Rewards Intern who will provide support to the People Team. The primary responsibility is to assist in the administration and analysis of compensation, benefits, and other employee reward programs.

This internship offers hands-on experience in core Total Rewards areas, including:
• Data analysis
• Benchmarking
• Research
• Communication of HR programs

The intern will collaborate closely with Total Rewards professionals to ensure that compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with total rewards data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Supporting salary benchmarking and market pricing projects.
• Assisting in reviewing salary structures.
• Contributing to benefits administration tasks, such as preparation for open enrollment and wellness initiatives.
• Preparing communication materials on Total Rewards topics for internal stakeholders.
• Supporting compliance efforts with internal policies and government regulations.
• Participating in various People Team and Total Rewards projects as needed.

Skills and Experience Required:
• A rising junior or senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business with an interest in Human Resources.
• Proficient in Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The starting salary for this position is $25/hr.
