Job Description (Total Rewards Intern):

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to support the People Team, specifically in the Total Rewards function. The Total Rewards Intern will gain hands-on experience by assisting in the administration and analysis of various employee reward programs, including compensation and benefits.

The role will involve core areas such as:
Data analysis: Assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of total rewards data.
Benchmarking and Market Pricing: Supporting projects related to salary benchmarking and market pricing, and assisting in the review of salary structures.
Benefits Administration: Contributing to tasks such as preparation for open enrollment and wellness initiatives.
Communication: Preparing materials for internal stakeholders on Total Rewards topics.
Compliance: Supporting efforts to ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
Project Participation: Engaging in various People Team and Total Rewards projects as needed.

The intern will work closely with experienced Total Rewards professionals to ensure that compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:
• A rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business with an interest in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The starting salary for this position is $25/hr.
