Job Description:

This is a drafting and engineering support role with Sulzer Pumps (US) Inc. promoted by Lensa through DirectEmployers. The position requires a student currently in their sophomore or junior year pursuing a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. The role will involve drafting using Medusa 2D and Unigraphics 3D/2D systems, providing engineering support for assigned projects, and managing the release of drawings/documents through SAP & Windchill ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing drafting support using Medusa 2D and Unigraphics 3D/2D systems.
• Offering engineering support for various projects.
• Releasing drawings and documents through SAP & Windchill ERP systems.
• Adhering to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supporting ESG & EHS Management systems by following all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Participating in company-wide Quality Management efforts.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Completion of sophomore or junior year of BSc Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Sound computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD systems.
• An interest in rotating machinery and manufacturing is beneficial.
