Job Description: TikTok TV Internship (2025)
This internship is within the TikTok TV team, focusing on product and growth initiatives for the TikTok TV app across all TV platforms. The role adopts a data-driven and results-oriented approach, combining product, data, design, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
• Build new features used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
• Solve complex, large-scale technical problems.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding the team’s product and engineering work.
• Define A/B testing frameworks to enhance user retention and engagement.
• Contribute to a bottom-up growth strategy.
• Leverage existing TikTok frameworks and help design/implement new techniques to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; Experience coding in Python and Golang; Must obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior software engineering experience (internship, work experience, coding competitions, publications); High creativity and problem-solving skills.
