Job Description: TikTok LIVE Internship (2025)

This internship with the TikTok LIVE team focuses on fostering a vibrant, global community through real-time interactive experiences. The team works closely with creators, agencies, and partnerships to achieve this. The internship aims to provide hands-on experience and develop fundamental skills relevant to a career in this field. Interns will participate in social events and development workshops.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Conduct data analysis to understand current trends among Creator Network partners and identify key areas of focus.
Communication Strategy: Manage internal and external communications to ensure team alignment on projects, updates, and best practices.
Training Materials Development: Based on current priorities, identify top-performing creators, gather best practices, and create training materials (playbooks) for internal and external teams.
Creator Network Certification Program Support: Leverage learnings from a pilot program to improve training materials and systems.
Operational Project Management: Support and manage operational projects, tracking progress effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish (due to collaboration with international teams).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track data and extract meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills (managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (creating clear training materials and communications).
• Detail-oriented approach, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $23.75 – $23.75. Benefits include day-one access to health insurance, life insurance, and wellness benefits, as well as 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). The company reserves the right to modify benefits. For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) candidates, the company adheres to the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act regarding arrest and conviction records.
