TikTok & Affiliate Marketing Intern | Almla Active

The Tone:
This is an internship / early career role at Almla Active, located remotely. Almla Active is an expanding, women-owned Pilates grip sock brand rooted in design, functionality, and community. This role is crucial for developing engaging short-form video content and managing creator partnerships to grow the brand’s presence and audience on TikTok.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Develop and publish original TikTok content, and manage creator and affiliate partnerships to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Canva, TikTok Shop, Goaffpro

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Support the team in filming, developing, and producing engaging short-form content on TikTok.
• Content Scheduling: Draft and schedule daily posts on TikTok.
• Trend Identification: Identify key social media trends, outline scripts and copy for videos, as well as film and edit videos.
• Affiliate Management: Arrange discount codes and affiliate links for TikTok creators, and research creators who create content aligning with Almla Active.
• Program Assistance: Assist in running affiliate programs through TikTok Shop, Goaffpro, and Almla’s ambassador program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies/Science, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in short-form content creation for TikTok with a general understanding of social media, brand strategy, affiliate marketing, and audience growth.
• Skills: Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, and basic video and photo editing experience.

Brand Marketing Intern | Almla Active

This role is vital for shaping and growing Almla’s brand image, audience, and marketing strategy across Instagram, Meta ads, and influencer campaigns.

• Location: Remote
• Mission: Grow Almla’s image, audience, and marketing strategy across Instagram, Meta ads, and influencer campaigns.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Canva, Instagram, Meta Ads

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Support the team in planning and executing marketing and influencer campaigns, as well as product launches.
• Content Production: Pitch, film, create, and upload short-form content suitable for Instagram and Meta Ads.
• Brand Alignment: Coordinate brand aesthetic and messaging across all social media platforms, as well as content generated through various initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and performance on social media platforms.
• Ambassador Oversight: Oversee the Almla Active Ambassador broadcast channel and send engaging messages about updates, releases, and events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student majoring in Marketing, Management, Communications, Media Studies/Science, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong understanding and awareness of current social media and industry trends.
• Skills: Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, project management and campaigning skills, and basic video and photo editing experience.

Influencer & PR Intern | Almla Active

The Tone:
This is an internship / early career role at Almla Active, located remotely. Almla Active is an expanding, women-owned Pilates grip sock brand rooted in design, functionality, and community. This role is essential for building relationships with creators, influencers, and media to enhance Almla’s visibility and awareness across social media and news sources.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship / Early Career
• Type: Unpaid, college credit only (5–10 hours/week)
• Location: Remote
• Mission: Build relationships with creators, influencers, and media to garner Almla’s visibility and awareness through partnerships, affiliates, and press outreach.
• Tech Stack: Google Spreadsheets, Outlook, Shopify, Instagram, TikTok

What You’ll Actually Do
• Influencer Research: Research and compile lists of influencers and content creators aligning with Almla’s brand image.
• Outreach & Gifting: Regularly conduct outreach to influencers regarding giftings, collaborations, etc.
• Press Communications: Compose press and news releases, as well as pitches, to send to press.
• Partnership Ideation: Pitch creative partnership and collaboration ideas to brands for potential brand collaborations.
• Order Management & Monitoring: Upload PR giftings and orders to Shopify, and monitor influencer posts and mentions on social media platforms.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies/Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in influencer relations, brand image, and partnerships, with an awareness of current social media and industry trends.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to write professional yet engaging copy for emails and outreach, and familiarity with Google Spreadsheets and Outlook.
