Job Description: Ticket Sales and Fan Relations Intern

The Boston Bruins, part of Delaware North, is hiring Ticket Sales and Fan Relations Interns. This is a paid internship program offering an incredible opportunity for emerging talent to develop career and leadership capabilities while impacting the business of a global hospitality and entertainment company.

Job Title: Ticket Sales and Fan Relations Intern
Location: TD Garden, Boston, Massachusetts
Term: Late August 2025 to April 2026 (upon completion of the regular season, with Playoff games TBD)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities (What will you do?):
The intern will primarily support the Fan Relations and Sales teams through various tasks and events.
Game Day Operations: Arrive 5 hours prior to puck drop and depart 2 hours after, assisting both Fan Relations and Sales teams.
Future Bruins Program: Help coordinate a pre-game youth hockey game on the TD Garden ice for two youth hockey organizations, making dreams come true for young Bruins fans.
Three Minutes of Fame Program: Assist the sales team with the logistics and execution of this program, which allows youth hockey teams to skate on the Bruins ice for three minutes during intermission.
Office Support: Maintain weekly/bi-weekly office hours to assist Fan Relations and Sales teams with various projects as needed.
Season Ticket Holder Events: Assist Fan Relations at 12 Season Ticket Holder events held throughout the season.
Family Shows: Be involved in coordinating and executing fan experience packages for annual family shows hosted at TD Garden, such as Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Beanpot Tournament, and the Hockey East Championship.

Required Qualifications (More About You):
Availability to intern all 44 home games of the Boston Bruins.
Night and weekend availability is required.
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field or be a recent college graduate.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position.

• Weekends
• Event-based scheduling
