Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Thrive Apprentices! As a Thrive Apprentice, you’ll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our business, from customer service and product knowledge to inventory management and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers both in-store and online
• Assist with product merchandising and displays
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions and handle returns
• Learn about our products and their benefits
• Assist with inventory management and receiving
• Participate in training and development opportunities
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Passion for healthy living and natural products
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
