Job Description
As a Thrive Apprentice – Retail, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services, as well as gain valuable experience in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Assist with sales, including processing transactions, handling returns, and providing product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning displays, and removing trash.
• Learn about our products and services, and be able to answer customer questions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
