As a Thrive Apprentice-Retail, you will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and learning about our products and services. You will also be provided with opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Learn about our products and services, and be able to answer customer questions accurately
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Participate in training programs and development opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
