About the Job
Thrive Apprentice – Retail is a 6-month paid program designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders at Thrive Market. During the program, you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our retail operations, from merchandising and customer service to fulfillment and logistics. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and receive hands-on training in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with daily retail operations, including stocking shelves, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service
• Learn about our products, our mission, and our commitment to quality
• Gain valuable experience in retail management, merchandising, and logistics
• Develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills
