As a Thrive Apprentice – Retail, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services and develop your sales skills.
About the Role
As a Thrive Apprentice – Retail, you will be responsible for:
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Assisting customers with their purchases
• Processing transactions and handling cash
• Maintaining a clean and organized retail space
• Stocking shelves and displaying products
• Assisting with inventory management
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions
• Learning about Thrive’s products and services
• Developing your sales skills
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new things quickly
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passion for health and wellness
• Prior retail experience is an asset, but not required
