Job Description: As a Thrive Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while learning about all aspects of our business. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our customers. You will also assist with various tasks such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product information, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
• Help with order fulfillment and shipping.
• Assist with merchandising and display products attractively.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
• A passion for natural and organic products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
